MSRP Squad Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancel any time

Cancel in your Whop account (Memberships → MSRP Squad → Cancel). Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.

Free trial

Squad Monthly includes a 3-day free trial. Cancel before it ends and you won't be charged anything.

Refunds

• First monthly charge: if you forgot to cancel your trial, email us within 48 hours of the first charge and we'll refund it in full.
• Annual plan: full refund if requested within 14 days of purchase. After that, no refunds for the remaining months, but you keep access until the year ends.
• Monthly renewals after the first: generally not refundable, since you can cancel any time before renewal.
• Our outages: if alerts are down for more than 24 hours in a row because of a problem on our side, ask us and we'll refund or credit the affected time, pro rata.
• Coverage disputes: alerts can't guarantee you'll buy anything (see Terms §2), so missed or sold-out drops aren't grounds for a refund on their own. If something seems wrong, tell us and we'll make it right where it's fair.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method through Whop, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Refunded memberships end immediately.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback; we can almost always resolve it faster. Accounts with chargebacks may be removed from the Service.

How to ask

Email support@msrpsquad.com with your Whop email and username, or open a ticket in #support. We aim to reply within 24 hours.
